Ewa joined the Meta Board of Directors in 2023. Ewa brings more than 15 years of experience as a leader in the public and private sectors specializing in governance, policy and community engagement with a focus on transportation and housing.

Ewa holds a Master of Science in Resource Management and Environmental Science from the University of British Columbia and a Bachelor of Science from Dalhousie University.

Beyond her professional achievements, Ewa holds a strong personal commitment to advocating for programs, housing, and support services for individuals with disabilities. As a parent of an adult son with physical and developmental disabilities, Ewa has been involved in supporting and mentoring parents through various organizations and is dedicated to fostering inclusive communities and empowering individuals with disabilities.
