Joe Passaretti brings over two decades of leadership experience in both the public sector and the developmental services field. Prior to joining Meta Centre as CEO, Joe served as Chief Operating Officer at Community Living Toronto, where his leadership was defined by a deep commitment to inclusion, innovation, and collaboration. He previously held progressively senior roles within the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Children, Community and Social Services, including serving as the provincial lead for Developmental Services. Throughout his career, Joe has led transformative initiatives focused on improving the quality, accessibility, and accountability of services for individuals and families across Ontario. His ability to build collaborative, high-performing teams and his unwavering dedication to person-centered support are perfectly aligned with Meta Centre’s mission and values.
